• Proven track record of strong leadership skills and an outstanding performance as a Head of a School; international experience preferred

• Excellent academic background, Doctorate, M.ed or Equivalent

• Experience with curriculum development, educational planning, and sound fiscal management

• Demonstrated ability and vision to manage in new establishment process of school

• Successful experience in admissions, marketing, community relations

• Ability to recruit and retain outstanding teachers, administrators, and staff members

• Outstanding inter-personal skills including the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse constituency, both within the school and in the community at large
Preferred Personal Skills:
• Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems

• Strength to make difficult decisions, while maintaining a spirit of teamwork and collaboration

• Ability to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and collegiality within the school

• Strong work ethic and stamina

• Talent in bringing all constituents together to work toward common goals

• "Hands on" management style

• Ability to inspire confidence and mutual trust amongst colleagues and constituents

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to listen with an open mind to all constituents
