The following personnel are required for MI-17 helicopter operations.

CAPTAIN - 5

Experience minimum of 3000 hours total time and 1000 hours on type including high altitude qualification, instructor rating is preferred.

CO-PILOT - 4

Experience minimum of 1000 hours total time and 100 hours on type

FLIGHT ENGINEER - 5

Experience minimum of 500 hour total time and 100 hours on type.

GROUND ENGINEER-9

4 A & C and Avionics Graduate from reputed institute with 5 years experience on type.
