VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT- Bhawani Integrated Development Center (BIDC)

Bhawani Integrated Development Center (BIDC) Bhawanipur-4, Siraha (NGO) is non profit, humanitarian, organization dedicated children's life change to providing quality education and other resources, is seeking qualified Nepali citizens for the following position.

1. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accounting and Learning (MEAL) Officer-1 (One)

Major responsibilities of this position include:

• Program Monitoring, Evaluation and research in working areas as well as ensure quality program delivery in community.

• Data collection and analysis and prepare report.

• Collect the community program related inquiry and issues from community.

• Effectively facilitate and build relationship with community, stakeholder and related staffs.

Qualifications Required:

A minimum of Bachelor Degree in social science or any related field with two years relevant work experience. Computer and facilitation skill is must. Ability and willingness frequently travel to field. Good understanding and sensitivity for quality education issues to work in flexible schedules.

2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accounting and Learning (MEAL) Assistant-1 (One)

Major responsibilities of this position include:

• Effectively Facilitate and build relationship with community, stakeholder and related staffs

• Ensure quality program delivery in community.

• Data collection and analysis and report submit to immediate supervisor.

• Collect the community program related inquiry and issues from community.

Qualifications Required:

A minimum of Intermediate Degree in social science or any related field with one year relevant work experience. Computer and facilitation skill is must. Ability and willingness frequently travel to field. Good understanding and sensitivity for quality education issues to work in flexible schedules.
