1.Manager-Sales and Marketing:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sales budget. Make presentations. Carry out site survey and Create detail proposal. Prepare Sales Procedures and sales strategies. Prepare sales projection report and meet the target.

Qualification and Experience:

Master in Business Administration with 5 years of relevant work experience. Excellent command in written and spoken English having good computer knowledge.

2.Sales Officer:

Key Responsibilities:

General Sales and Marketing for the company. Prepare and present company. Carry out daily sales activity, site survey and prepare sales proposal.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor in Business Administration with 3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent command in written and spoken English having good computer knowledge.

3.Manager-Facility Services:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage facility sales and operations. Make presentations. Carry out site survey, estimate manpower, equipment and chemicals and create detailed proposal. Prepare Sales and operations procedures and business strategies. Conduct and manage training. Qualification and Experience:

Graduate in hotel and/or hospitality management. Possess good knowledge of facility operations, cleaning machines, chemical dilution and equipment. 5 years of relevant work experience. Excellent command in written and spoken English and good computer knowledge.

4.Housekeeping Supervisor:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor front line cleaning staffs. Conduct necessary training, Prepare deployment schedule, Carry out general housekeeping duties Qualification and Experience:
