1. Job Title: Trainee - Human Resources (1)
Job Description:
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
• Prepare monthly financial memos and reports
• Ensure proper and timely execution of HR administrative tasks
• Provide information and assistance to staffs and supervisors on human resources and work related issues
• Identify and implement improvements in the HR software to enhance software efficiency and utility
• Assist in planning and conducting of annual employee performance appraisals
Qualification:
• Graduate from a reputed university with Human Resources as a course of study

Requirement/ Skills:

2. Job Title: MIS Trainee (1)
Job Description:
- Schedule for advertisement space and ensure proper advertisement placement in newspaper
- Coordinate with the clients, advertising agencies and internally with different departments for advertisement scheduling
• Assist in carrying out of advertisement space selling activities for the newspaper
- Carry out day to day billing activities for the marketing department
- Make necessaiy follow ups for verification of billing details and completion of required documents
• Assist in the preparation of MIS reports which include details on billing, recovery and advertisement data analysis
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent, specialization in Finance/ Marketing

Job Description:
- Responsible to keep record of fixed assets and inventory
• Ensure proper implementation of health and safety measures at work place
• Day to day supervision maintenance and staff member related to maintenance department
- Liaison with government and non government organisation
- Co-ordinate between departments and operating units
• Manage office transportation arrangements
Qualification:
• Bachelors degree preferably in Office Administration from a reputed university
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar position
Requirement/ Skills:
- Good communication skills in both Nepali and English
- Ability to work under pressure and during unsociable hours
• Should be willing and able to work as part of a team
• Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
