An international nonprofit organization working in health area is seeking qualified and self motivated candidates for the following positions:
1. District Program Officer - Marketing & Communication (DPO-M&C)
Number: 7 (Based in Dang, Gulmi, Kapilbastu, Lalitpur, Rupandehi, Jhapa, Siraha and Sunsari)
The DPO-M&C will be responsible for the implementation of marketing activities in the district/s which includes behavior change communications, sales and distribution and increasing the access and availability of health services and products offered through private network providers, government facilities and NGOs.
2. District Program Officer - Implementation (DPO-I)
Number: 4 (Based in Morang, Udayapur, Mohattari & Dadeldhura)
The DPO-I will be responsible for developing and managing the district/s program implementation which includes working with district/s and community health authorities; managing the service supply systems and logistics management in the district; reporting and liaising with the partners and stakeholders in the district/s.
Qualification for both positions:
• Bachelors degree in public health, social science, business administration or any related degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in health related projects in the field
• Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skill
• Ability to demonstrate effective planning and manage program activities
• Enthusiasm and a desire to make a positive impact as a team leader and team player.
• Good computer skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepal
