Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is looking for a motivated individual who 15 self-driven and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal, customer service, English language and communication skills, as well an outgoing personality, for the position of Director of Human Resources
The candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of the Human Resources division in lino with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's strategies and standards. whilst meeting the hotel's associates', guests' and owner's expectations. Among others she/he is to ensure the division is managed according to the company's People Brand throughout the hotel. Job specifications for the position are listed below:
- Degree in Business Administration or Hotel/Tourism Management or related business, legal education
- Minimum two years work experience as Director of HR or HR Manager in a service operation.
- Proficient knowledge of local lobor law
- Clear decision moking capabilities, administrative experienced along with interpersonal skills supporting team wont.
• Driven to deliver a positive experience.
