1. Senior Sales Executives

I) B.E. Mechanical/Electrical or MBA with marketing experience.

ii) Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Genset or worked in similar field.

Competencies

• Able to handle the business unit on own with profitability.

• Should be able to handle & motivate sales team.

• Prepare, operate & sales plan and execute report to management

• Must be target & goal achievement oriented.

• Able to develop & implement marketing to generate sales.

2. Sales Officers

A. Corporate Sales (Kathmandu, Pokhara)

i) Bachelor Degree

ii) Minimum 2 years of experience in instant sales of Genset/lnverter.

B. Private Sales (Kathmandu, Pokhara, Gaighat, Dharan, Ilium, Tulsipur, Surkhet)

C. Spare & A.M.C Sales

i. Minimum 2 years of experience in Genset or similar equipments.

ii. Experience in selling spares & provide after sales supports.

Competencies

• Able to prepare tender documents.

• Able to perform corporate/private sales reporting format.

• Should have very good relation with corporate clients, private clients, government, diplomats, NGOs & INGOs.

3. Sr. Service Technicians

i. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

ii. Minimum 2 Years of experience in similar field.

Competencies

• Able to resolve major technical issues in Mechanical/electrical field.

• Prepare plan & depute technician on field.
