A leading Hydro power company having operations all over Nepal is looking for the following employees to be placed in Kathmandu office.
1. Finance Manager : S/he would be responsible for the following :
♦ Reviewing, finalizing and presenting internal management reports covering both financial and non financial information and enhance business performance by influencing key decisions.
♦ Manage both internal and external Quarterly / annual reporting requirement for the relevant function including managing reporting and financial risk.
♦ Would be required to summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
♦ Would be responsible for reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
♦ Would be responsible to prepare assets, liability and capital account entries by compiling & analyzing account information. Responsible for documentation of all financial transaction.
♦ The candidate will require interacting with legal entity controllers, business/ financial analysts etc.
♦ Would be responsible for business plan / models for new and existing projects which may include support for raising project finance, including negotiation of terms, documentation, compliance etc.
♦ Identify and mitigate commercial risk.
♦ Oversee generation of periodic MIS representing progress status and advice on alternate solution to the unresolved issues.
♦ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA in Finance or CA.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience with a strong accounting and audit background.
2. Technical Manager : S/he would be responsible for the following:
♦ Provide technical assistance to execution team during installation, execution and commissioning for optical product performance.
♦ The candidate would be responsible for Planning. Tendering, Scheduling, Budgeting. Costing, Resource Management, Contract operation and Risk analysis for the hydro project.
♦ Would be responsible for developing and executing project plans outlining project scope, activities, schedules, deadlines and cost/ time estimates.
♦ Should have proven expertise in guiding and resolving site related problems and difficulties.
♦ Candidate must have experience in Hydro Planning and construction.
♦ Would be responsible for implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance Plan and post Audit Follow up.
♦ Would require liasioning with various Government bodies.
♦ Manage project risks issues/ problems, and monitor progress proactively to ensure project goals are achieved. Assist in risk mitigation as needed.
♦ Maintain project quality and adherence to all safety protocols.
♦ Drive implementation of world class process and controls throughout the organization.
♦ Submit report to Senior Management about the project status.
♦ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: BE (Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical) with 4-5 years of experience in similar field.
3. HR / Admin Manager : S/he would be responsible for the following:
♦ The candidate would be responsible to develop, design, implement HR Systems, processes and policies across the company to enhance employee engagement and also achieve operational excellence.
♦ Would be responsible for Manpower planning which will involve finalization of manpower requirement as per the work design parameters.
♦ Would be responsible for finalization of Job Description for all position.
♦ Would be responsible for Succession Planning for critical positions.
♦ Would be responsible for finalization of training needs and to conduct relevant training on the same.
♦ Would ensure implementation of various facilities and services at the site and across the organization.
♦ Would be responsible for formulation and execution of various HR Policies.
♦ Would be responsible for Payroll generation and compliance of various statutory regulations such as PF, deduction of Income tax etc.
♦ Would require conducting quarterly performance evaluation of all employees.
♦ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Education: MBA with specialization in HR Management with 4-5 years of experience in similar position.
