PTECO Engineering Ltd., a Swiss Consulting firm Is Central Implementation Support Consultants (CISC) for the Decentralized Rural Infrastructure and livelihoods Project - Additional Financing (DRILP-AF). The programme is funded by ADB, DFID, SDC and GoN.

To supplement our team, ITECO Engineering Ltd. is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Nepali national for the position of:

Post: Training Coordinator (Duty Station: Kathmandu with frequent visit to districts)

Required Education Qualification: Minimum Master's Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or a relevant field.

Required Professional Experience:

• More than 5 years of working experience in the development field and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in market related field.

• Excellent facilitation skills.

• Good in documentation.

• Excellent understanding of TEVT sector of Nepal.

• Good understanding of the OD/ID approaches and tools.

• Good knowledge in Human Resource Management.

• Result oriented personality/ maintaining deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, inter-cultural competencies and team player.

• Fluency in Nepali and English, both written and oral.

• IT: Proficiency in using office application software; ability to produce, understand and analyze standard database reports; and efficiency in using communication applications.

Required Social/Behavioral Competency:

* Analytically and conceptual skills.

* Intercultural skills and sensitive to gender and social inclusion.

• Communication skills.

• Ability to work team.
