Centre for Self-help Development (CSD) - a leading microfinance practicener working for more than two decades in this field has transformed itself into a microfinance training provider after handing over its microfinance program to Swabalamban Laghu Bitta Bikas Bank. To strength its microfinance training program, CSD seeks applications for a microfinance training expert having sound knowledge/skills in microfinance training. Qualified candidates may submit their applications justifying their ability and experience no later than Magh 15,2(369 (January 28,2013) with 2 copies of passport size photos, resume along with contact telephone number of Kathmandu. Appointment for the post will be for one year contract and subject to extension as per performance appraisal. Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience. CSD reserves the rights to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Short-listed candidates will be contacted for selection processes. The training expert will have the major responsibilities in areas of identification of training needs for MFI's; preparation of annual training calendar; development of training materials; deliver of training; pre/post training/follow-up, studies and knowledge dissemination, marketing/communication; Institutional resources & capacity; development of business plan etc. Candidates should have strong English spoken/written knowledge with good interpersonal skills.
