Global Health Course Project 2013, Institute of Medicine (IOM) invites applications from enthusiastic and qualified Nepali citizens for the position of Office secretary.
Duties and responsibilities
The main tasks of the secretary are to manage the reception desk, arrange appointments/meetings, arrange travels and hotel bookings, and provide administrative support in general.
Minimum qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in related field, preferably with a minimum of 3 months of relevant working experience.
The applicant must have basic secretarial skills, excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Nepali (priority if the applicant knows Finnish), good inter-personal skills and advanced computer skills (MS Office 2010).
Conditions of employment
6 months contract with possibility of extension for 6 months.
