First Microfinance Development Bank (FMDB) Limited is a national level micro finance development bank, which provides wholesale loan to micro finance institutions (MFIs) including rural cooperatives. Main objectives of FMDB include enhancing access to financial services for deprived and low income people through MFIs. FMDB offers attractive compensation package that is competitive in the market. FMDB invites applications from qualified candidates for following positions:

1) Program Manager Qualification and Experience:

BBA/BBS; must have 5 years of relevant experience in bank or financial institutions or development agency dealing with institutional credit/MFIs/Cooperatives.

Candidate should be able to develop and implement strategy for development of MFI/Cooperatives and create value by motivating to adopt change in partner MFI/Cooperatives. Strong communication and knowledge sharing skills, positive attitude and strong analytical, problem solving & management skills is also required.

2) Senior Assistants-Few

Location: Eastern and Western Region of Nepal Qualification and Experience:

Intermediate level or 10+2; must have 2 years relevant experience in financial sector & age not exceeding 30 years.

The candidate should be able to promote wholesale microcredit services of FMDB by developing partnerships with MFIs/Cooperatives within FMDB standard.
