Clean Energy Development Bank Ltd. invites applications from qualified, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions:
Junior Officer or Officer-Birtamode (1)
Requirements:
Masters Degree preferably in management with minimum 2 years of working experience in a Supervisor Level for either Commercial or Development Bank in Credit department. Candidates from local resident are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Support relationship managers in handling group of relationships to meet revenue and profit targets.
Take responsibilities as 2nd In-charge of the branch.
Marketing and identification of credit customers.
Ensure credit applications for new and existing facilities including renewals are correctly prepared in accordance to banking and regulatory standards.
Prompt recognition and reporting of credit risk and ensure necessary steps are taken to minimize loss to the bank.
Day-to-day monitoring and control of the relationships i.e. excess, past dues, overdue reviews, etc.
Monitor Revenue MIS jointly with Relationship Managers.
Sign off and follow up on difficult cases with regards to document deficiency and excesses.
Management Trainee – Kathmandu (2)
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university with minimum 70% marks or CGPA of 3.25. Prior experience is not required. Age should not exceed 26 years as of 14th February, 2013.
Supervisor-Birtamode (1)
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferably in management with minimum 2 years of working experience in Senior Assistant Level for either Commercial or Development Bank in Credit department and Branch Operations. Candidates from local resident are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth branch operations.
Ensure maintenance and enhancement of quality and quantity of Credit Volume.
Build and maintain new and old client relationships.
Seek new business opportunities and enhance Profit.
Support Branch Manager and 2nd In-charge in handling group of relationships to meet revenue and profit targets.
Liaise with other operational units of the bank as and when needed.
Trainee Assistants –Birtamode (2) and Gorkha (1)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum mark of 50 %, preferably in management from a recognized university. Candidates from local resident are preferred.
